I'm not sure how we've got from a glorious few days spent in the garden to wanting to whack the heating back up and shelter inside away from the hailstones. I'm ever hopeful that the warmer weather will return and that the winter wardrobe can be 100% replaced. I've been loving getting some of my midi dresses, culottes and sandals back out and there's a few things I've seen online that I want to add in. All of the things in this Wishlist are from High Street stores so they're totally affordable which is exactly what you need when you can't guarantee it can be worn very often.
Last year I had a few jumpsuits that I wore often and one became a firm favourite. I'd quite like to get something similar and this New Look Pink Button Front Jumpsuit seems like a good option. Unfortunately it does seem to be selling quick so I might have to get a move on.
I wear a lot of chiffon style tank tops in the Summer. They're easy to wear with jeans and flip flops and you can pop a cardigan on top if it gets a bit cooler. I quite like the River Island Spot Tank Top - it hints slightly towards the animal print trend without being too overpowering.
Blazers are a key item in my wardrobe regardless of the season but going brighter definitely makes it a bit more Summer appropriate. Quiz are my favourite for good quality, nice fitting blazers and the Quiz Clothing Mint Green Blazer doesn't disappoint as something cheery and colourful.
From bright and colourful to something a little more neutral. I loved wearing midi dresses last year during the day and feeling comfortable but stylish. Keeping up with the button front theme of last year I think the Dorothy Perkins Stone Stripe Midi Dress would be a good 2019 addition.
Animal print has been everywhere so far this year and now it's time for it to make it's way onto flip flops and sandals. I've never tried any footwear from Sainsbury's but I like the look of the TU Leopard Print Sandals and I reckon they'd be a good match for a simple outfit.
As I said I wore my fair share of culottes last year. They're a good option for day or night time looks and obviously black ones are most flattering. I love that the Warehouse Colour Stripe Culottes are a bit more cheery than a plain black pair.
Last but not least, it wouldn't be Summer holiday booking season without buying a new bikini. My swimwear tends to be from Primark or New Look and I like strutted bikini tops and a decent pair of bottoms! I love how girly the New Look Pink Neon Check Bikini Top and New Look Pink Neon Check Bikini Bottoms are.
