Merry Christmas! I hope you've all had an amazing time celebrating the festivities with your loved ones and of course eating lots of tasty food. This year was our first Christmas as Mr and Mrs but really it had all the same traditions as we had before. We started our Christmas morning off just the two of us before heading to my Mum and Dad's house for a festive breakfast of croissants and Bucks Fizz. Then we went to my In-Laws house for Christmas dinner, drinks and games. Keeping up tradition I took some outfit pictures next to the tree and a family selfie with our rabbits.
I wear Christmas jumpers throughout December for work so on Christmas Day I stay away from the tacky jumpers and go for something a bit more dressed up. Last year I wore a playsuit and found it super comfortable so went for something similar. I bought this sparkly black glitter playsuit in November with a 25% off code and knew it was perfect for the 25th. The wrap front is a little low cut so I wore a black cami top underneath but this also meant it was easy for taking off before heading to the toilet! More importantly it wasn't tight at the waist so as I made my way through the courses and chocolates I didn't feel uncomfortable. Like most of my outfits through the winter I had my suedette black block heel boots on. They're comfortable and caused no hinderances in the Minute Challenge Card Game.
It's not often I have straight hair for a 'night out' (not that you can call Christmas Day spent in the house a night out, but you know what I mean) but I gave myself a blow dry using my Lee Stafford Big N Bouncy Brush and ghd hair dryer. It's amazing how much smoother my hair feels when I take time to dry it properly. My makeup was quite simple sticking to Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation, Benefit Boi-ing Concealer, Benefit Hoola Bronzer and Maybelline Tattoo Brow Pomade. I also went for some lashes bigger than I usually wear - Eylure Volume 100.
How cute does my little lion head rabbit look? He didn't miss out on the Christmas fun, getting a stocking of wooden sticks and toys and a Christmas Pudding jumper from Santa. I can't say he looks too impressed in his jumper...
