Last weekend we headed to a wedding dance and boy did it make me realise just how soon our wedding is! It was a lovely night getting the chance to meet my fiancé's work colleagues, spend the night on the dance floor and show off my brand new hair extensions. Earlier in the day I had my hair appointment and had Great Lengths Hair Extensions put in my hair to thicken it up for my wedding... I'm in love. I think I'll have to write a whole post about them.
Onto the outfit...
I had been away from home all week before and didn't have the chance to properly plan out my outfit, cue a mad panic search through my wardrobe. I came across this gorgeous lace print bodycon dress from New Look which is now a few years old so obviously not available anymore. I've had a wee search online and you can get something similar from Missguided and Boohoo, or with a halter neck from Dorothy Perkins. The nude and black colour combination is quite classy and the lace print makes it look quite fancy. The black band at the waist and bust are both very flattering and add to the sophisticated look.

Unfortunately the weather wasn't warm enough to go without a jacket so I wore a Black duster jacket from Boohoo. I kept the accessories nude with a pair of pointed court shoes and my gorgeous Michael Kors Jet Set crossbody bag. Because I was driving this bag was a brilliant size for keeping my car keys, purse and phone all safe throughout the night along with having room for a little pic'n'mix bag from the Candy Bar. Can anyone else just not resist a sweetie or two at a wedding? My fiance is definitely one of those people so we're now having one at our wedding too, with less than 5 weeks to go!
We've got one more wedding dance in the diary before it's our own. Thankfully the dress fittings are nearly over and I'll be ready for the big day.
