Wedding Ready with Old English Company | Quirky Gifts & Getting Organised

This month marks less than 100 days to our wedding and things are really starting to get moving. I started April partying in Portugal with my amazing friends and family and I'm finishing the month organising the RSVPs that have been popping through my postbox. We've been spending a bit of time adding things to our gift list and trying to keep on top of the never ending to do list has all been made a little bit easier thanks to Old English Company*

Old English Company is a stationery and homeware brand that sells high quality hand lettered products from the UK. I've been admiring their quotes and products on Instagram for ages so when it came to picking out some things to help us get wedding ready it was easy peasy. I love quirky gifts when it comes to wedding presents and that's exactly what the Old English Company has.

My favourite thing on the whole website is the Big Spoon Little Spoon Pillow Cases. The bold and stylish pillowcases are loads of fun making a great wedding gift for friends. The pillowcases are 100% cotton and really good quality making them soft to rest your head on. Big spoon and little spoon are printed in a bold black print that stands out in a fuss free way. They are ivory rather than white so it might be worth buying a bed set to gift with it. The pair are £19.95 which is great value for money and an affordable gift option.

I feel like kitchen products are always appearing in wedding gift lists but what about kitchen towels? I love the Old English Company's Happily Ever After Tea Towel. The romantic quote is printed on a large 100% cotton tea towel that is 78cm tall and 48cm wide, costing £8.75. This would make a unique little gift for weddings or engagements, but why not add a voucher for a restaurant to make up for the fact they've got a lifetime of chores ahead?

When we first started wedding planning I had the odd to-do list of jobs I had to get done but it was nothing like the last 100 days! From making appointments, sending emails and DIY jobs there's loads to do in the last months of wedding planning and I'm glad to have a planner from the Old English Company. The Blush Pink A5 Planner is firstly, absolutely gorgeous, and secondly totally up my street with the checklist layout and space fit notes. I also really like that the pages are undated so I can use it throughout the year at my own pace. So even once the wedding planning is over I can still keep organised. The planner has 380 pages and each page is good quality paper. Definitely worth the £11.95 price tag.

I started shredding for the wedding last January and I'm trying my hardest to stay on track. My top tip for healthy eating is meal planning and making a shopping list. The Really Important Things Notepad is perfect for this. It's got loads of space for a shopping list ready to visit the supermarket and a section for writing down what meals you're having throughout the week. Obviously this notepad doesn't have to be used in that way but when it comes to getting ready for the wedding it's a must for me. The A4 notepad is £7.95 for 52 pages, so a whole year's worth of planning. The grey paper and Really Important Things heading is simple and looks great in any kitchen.

Old English Company have free delivery on orders over £30 and my order took about 5 days to get to me. Old English Company even does Save The Dates, Invitations and bespoke wedding stationery so if you're at the early stages of wedding planning then why not check out their wedding section?
