March Favourites

I've raved about my Fitbit many times before but this month it's not just been the fitness tracker that I've been loving, I've been hooked on the app. The main reason I've been using it everyday is for the water tracker. I've been drinking over 2 litres of water most days and I don't think I'd have been motivated to do it without this. Simple but effective.

The moisture bomb range by Garnier was practically made for me. My dry, dehydrated, sensitive skin absolutely loves this day cream. It smells lovely, has a nice creamy texture and absorbs into my skin instantly leaving me ready for the day. I've noticed a big difference in my skin and this has definitely helped towards me going 'bare-faced'.

I think I could count on one hand the number of times I had a full face of makeup on in March - foundation, bronzer, the works. I definitely wouldn't have the confidence to go bare skinned without this concealer. It's a medium coverage concealer that stays put all day. It really brightens up under my eyes and helps cover up any blemishes and redness. I've lost count of how many times I've repurchased this since reviewing it last summer.

I reviewed this gradual tanning body lotion in March after spending a month using it week in, week out. It's continued to be part of my weekly routine, applying it twice to 3 times a week to maintain a healthy glow. I love it and have bought a bigger bottle so that I'm prepared when this one runs out.

I feel like this is a stereotypical Slimming World favourite but looking back on my month Muller Light yogurts have been my most purchased and most reached for snacks. These syn free yogurts are perfect for adding to fruit in the morning for breakfast or with a sprinkle of raspberries for between meals. I've been taking full advantage of the offers in the supermarkets buying 10 at a time. The Orange with chocolate sprinkles is particularly yummy.

Another foodie favourite is the syn free caramel syrup by Walden Farms. I used to have the Golden Syrup Quaker Oats porridge for my breakfast until I realised it was 6.5syns a bowl! I quickly changed to the original but it was too plain for my tastebuds. For the past 2 months I've been adding a spoonful of Walden Farms Caramel syrup and absolutely loving it! A syn free, healthy extra breakfast that tastes this good is amazing - thank you Walden Farms.
