Slimming World - Month 3

I can't believe I've been following the Slimming World plan for 3 months! I've really got the hang of it and I'm still enjoying trying out new recipes and returning to my favourites. This month I've eaten out 3 Saturdays out of 4 (again!) and I've bought jeans, a bodycon dress and tops in a size down along with a top in 2 sizes down, if that's not a non-scale victory I don't know what is! I'm continuing to write down everything I eat which helps me keep track of what I'm eating and every single syn. This month I maintained twice and managed to lose 4lbs overall. That's 19lbs since the start of the year! 

Breakfasts
