A healthy diet is one that is mainly fruits, vegetables, and healthy protein. Carbohydrates are perfectly fine to eat. However, they shouldn’t be the main component of your diet. So that means you need to restrict your intake of pasta, bread, rice, and potatoes. But don’t despair.
