May Favourites

May has been such a busy month and it seems to have flown past! I can't believe I'm just over a month away from my Summer holidays - 6 weeks off work! Got a few hurdles to jump before I get there though...  Unfortunately we've not had much luck with the weather this May but at least I still managed to have a few nights outs and exciting days at work. I've found myself using these products loads on a day to day basis so they're no doubt my favourites for May.

With very little sun my skin is starting to look unseasonably pale and doesn't have much of a  glow. I've been loving Benefit's Hoola Bronzer for a bit of colour or for contouring on a night out. This has quickly become a part of my everyday makeup look and it's perfect for the healthy glow I'm after. As for the rest of my skin I'm still battling with my dry skin and Clinique's Moisture Surge has been working wonders. It's such a light gel, it's perfect for putting on in the morning before makeup and it's really soothing for sensitive skin. I've also been loving my old trusty Revlon Colorstay foundation for a full coverage look that lasts all day without any dreaded dry patches.
Recently I've been on a mission to wash my hair less and this wouldn't be possible without my Invisibobble. I've been wearing my hair up (welcome back messy buns) a lot more and the invisibobble is perfect for keeping it secure all day but then leaving my hair ready to style the next day. There's no kinks in my hair like some other bobbles and my hair doesn't feel so damaged.
I've been painting my nails a few different colours this month and every time I've used the eye CANDY Gel Wrap System. The base coat and top coat together have stopped my nails getting stained and keep my nail varnish chip free for a lot longer than other top coats I've tried. They also make my nails really shiny too. Nail art essentials!
My last favourite is actually a new product to me and my blog. I've never really been "an eyebrow person". I've tried out a few products but it didn't bother me whether I filled in my eyebrows or not. After an impulse purchase of Benefit's Gimme Brow I'm hooked. It's such an easy product to use, so quick and almost fool proof. I'm so impressed with the difference it makes, especially when my hair's all tied back.

Fingers crossed for better weather in June! Do you have any exciting plans for the month ahead? What products have you been loving in May?
