Home Happenings: Asda and Bombay Duck Haul

More homeware purchases and still no house. This is normal though, right? I couldn't resist making a few purchases from the George at Asda homeware section and making every day a bit more fabulous with a Bombay Duck addition.

With an agreement on living room colours I stumbled across this Mantlepiece clock which I thought was a good size but also a decent price. Throw in a couch and a tin of paint and my living room is almost complete!

Since our amazing holiday last October we've both been struck by the New York bug. My boyfriend and I knew we wanted something New York in our house and this canvas from George at Asda is affordable, good quality and a nice design. I can see it being a feature in our living room already. Are you a canvas, painting or photograph kind of decorator?

Bombay Duck is a gorgeous brand with so many homeware items with quirky designs. As soon as I spotted this Fabulous Feet Door Mat on BrandAlley I sent a screenshot to my boyfriend. He always jokes about how many shoes I've got and I thought this design was perfect. To my surprise he replied "Get it!". The colours, the shoes, the discounted price, my boyfriend's approval - I couldn't resist. I was a bit disappointed with the delivery from Brand Alley, this took over a month and a half to arrive and I'm still waiting on other things from my order made on 10th of February! But that's a different grumble completely.

  1. That door mat is fab! The delivery would really p me off though!

    1. I love it! I'm glad I hadn't ordered it for a present or needed it quickly, puts me off ordering again though x
