Fitness Friday: Kettlebell Workouts

Kettlebell workouts are increasingly appearing in my workout routines, especially on the days that I'm rushed off my feet after work. The cardio and resistance workout combination only takes 20-30 minutes for a workout that burns calories and tones my whole body. Once you know proper form and the exercises to do it's easy to do kettlebell workouts by yourself, but workout videos help me stay motivated and keep the intensity high.
