Fitness Friday: Wish, Want, Need



There's something very motivating about new workout gear and there's a few things I've got my eye on to keep my health kick on track. The first is the new Be Body Beautiful book by Lucy Mecklenburgh. I've followed Results with Lucy since it launched, and tried out some of her workouts and tips. I've heard this book has a lot of tasty recipes and handy guidance. I can't resist a bit of pink in my workout clothes and the Adidas Black/Solar pink 3/4 Trousers and Fuchsia Nike Tank Top would fit perfectly into my workout wardrobe. Cropped legging style trousers are my favourite whether it's dance, high intensity training, strength training or yoga that I'm using to up my heart rate. My current sports bra (yes I know, I've only got one in my collection) is amazing but it's black and boring. I love the colours and design on the Sweaty Betty Infinity Bra. I'm not body confident enough to have it fully on show but that doesn't matter, right? The Polar FT7 Heart Rate Monitor has been on my radar for ages as something that would hopefully up my workouts but since trying out a variety of workouts at home I'd love to see which ones are having the most impact. I like the idea of seeing all the information on my wrist while I'm doing it, rather than hooking it up to my phone or laptop afterwards. I know, I know another celebrity workout DVD but I like the sound of Charlotte Crosby's 3 Minute Belly Blitz DVD for the days when I'm over-run with work but want a quick workout. The reviews are quite positive and I'm keen to see for myself.
