Fitness Friday: Arms

When it comes to working out I tend to neglect my arms. I can barely do a press up to save myself and instead of tackling it I avoided it. Thankfully I've discovered some fab videos on Youtube which are challenging, have my arms burning but don't have me feeling defeated and giving up. Turns out adding some weights is a big motivator for me. 

What area of your body do you neglect?
What arm workouts do you enjoy?


  1. I literally have no muscles in my arms, so I can't even do a push up haha but I'm definitely going to be working more on my arms at the gym :) x

  2. I can't do a press up either, also I'm really inflexible. But I've just started pilates and that really helps as well! X
