I love Cassey Ho, her workouts are amazing whether you're a beginner or expert. Her Blogilates app isn't designed for an iPad but it still works perfectly. There's so many little features like a calendar, access to her YouTube videos, a forum to get motivation from other Blogilates fans and recipes.
Another YouTube based app with workouts galore that you can save. With hundreds of workouts from strength training, to running, yoga and cardio is a fantastic app to have when you need a bit of motivation and inspiration to get your work clothes on and get moving. I love their dance workouts and have made loads of 'routines' by adding together the videos. The featured section is a sure way to find a new video to get you active.
My Fitness Pal
This is quite a well known app, it's been around for years and is an easy to use app to keep track of what you're eating. By logging everything you eat and drink you can see just how much calories you're consuming with it all broken down into carbs, fat, proteins, sodium and sugars. This is a good one if you can tend to be a 'secret eater' with lots of little snacks adding up quick. It's really quick and easy to do, especially when you can scan the bar code and all the details come up instantly. The only thing I struggle with is judging portion sizes.
