Origins Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask Review

One of the products that gets rave reviews for dry or dehydrated skin is the Origins Drink Up Intensive Mask and I was desperate to get my hands on it after reading so many blog posts. I was quite lucky to get to try it out without paying the slightly expensive price tag when I got an Origins Skincare gift set for my birthday.

An overnight mask wasn't something that I'd ever tried before but I was looking forward to benefitting from leaving a hydrating mask on all night. The bottle that came in my set was 50ml, half the size of the £23 bottle and I can only image the 100ml would last forever. I've had the 50ml for over 6 months and it's still going strong. Turns out to be quite a cost-effective product after all.

The product has a very fruit scent with ingredients like avocado oil and mango butters, but the smell doesn't stick around on your skin for too long. The 'instructions' say to massage into skin at bedtime and tissue off excess. I apply this with quite a thick layer and let it sink into my skin before hopping into my bed. I never need to tissue off any excess as it all sinks into my skin and starts working it's magic. The mask is a cream colour in the bottle but clear on your skin and doesn't take long before the stickiness disappears.
The mask has lots of interesting ingredients like Japanese seaweed, to prevent dehydration and signs of ageing, Apricot kernel oil, for instant hydration, and hyaluronic acid.

I highly recommend this, especially if you've got dry, dehydrated or sensitive skin. It works wonders and is a must have in the winter months. I'm hoping this bottle will last until October so I can buy a replacement when I visit New York and make that £23 go even further.

What other Origins products should I try?
