Peachy Perfect Fresh Skin by Elemis - First Impressions

I've tried a few Elemis products and always been impressed by the quality but with a student budget I hadn't been able to try out many products until now. This Fresh Skin Peachy Perfect set is designed for teens to twenties and meets their budget really well.
I've not had the chance to try out all the products over a long period of time so full reviews aren't possible right now but I had to share my first impressions.

- Elemis FreshSkin Super Boost Moisturising Serum 30ml

The lightly textured serum combines a specially selected blend of natural hydrators, ideal for when your skin is looking dull and lifeless and in need of a moisture boost. Maintaining your skin’s natural moisture levels and preventing further dehydration. Ceramides and hyaluronic acid work together in synergy with softening plum oil, and vitamin E to energise your skin, boosting radiance and revealing a natural, healthy glowing skin.

Moisturisers are the most important skincare product for me as my skin is both dry and dehydrated so this was the first product that caught my eye. With words like super boost and intensive hydrating I had high expectations. It feels quite light and creamy which I didn't expect with it being a serum but it's definitely super moisturising - and smells delicious!

- Elemis FreshSkin Peachy Perfect Gentle Face Wash 100ml

Hydrating chicory extract, conditioning elderflower and skin-awakening lemon, leave the complexion beautifully soft and glowing. Elemis FreshSkin Peachy Perfect Gentle Face Wash is suitable for all skin types.

I tend not to use face washes that aren't exfoliating but this seems quite nice. It's quite a rich gel and smells lovely. With it claiming to be hydrating I'm definitely going to put it to the test as my skin doesn't always agree with these type of face washes.

- Elemis FreshSkin Skin Glow Exfoliating Face Wash 100ml

With a deep pore cleansing action, Elemis FreshSkin Skin Glow Exfoliating Face Wash contains cherry powder and jojoba beads to gently polish and help refine skin texture. Enriched with mandarin and aniseed to soften and condition, leaving skin clean, brighter and more radiant.

This face wash is more up my street. There seems to be plenty of exfoliating beads and the face wash is similar to the other face wash but is a lot more creamy. The tube is quite a good size so seems like it will last for a while. As long as this isn't too harsh on my skin I think this might be a firm newbie in my skincare routine.

- Elemis FreshSkin Softly Softly Daily Moisturiser 15ml

Enriched with seaweed extract, this light and non-greasy Elemis FreshSkin Softly Softly Daily Moisturiser helps protect and moisturise. Rosehip seed oil and sweet almond oil deliver soothing and softening qualities ensuring the skin receives an instant hydrating boost. Skin is left revitalised and more radiant.

This moisturiser is teeny tiny and I'm gutted! It smells great, feels lovely on my skin and is definitely a non-greasy moisturiser that works well before applying makeup in the morning.

- Elemis FreshSkin Dreamy Sleep Night-Time Moisturiser 3ml
Specially formulated with a powerful liposome complex of vitamins A, C and E, this intensely hydrating Elemis FreshSkin Dreamy Sleep Night-Time Moisturiser improves skin radiance whilst you sleep. Blackcurrant seed oil and barley extract help to further refine skin texture and increase skin smoothness.

It's a shame this is only a sample sachet but it's understandable. Night-time moisturiser isn't as important for teen skin as it is for older skin but it's nice to have the chance to try it out and decide whether a different cream for day and night is necessary for you. Because this sachet will only last for one or two applications I'm saving it for a night that my skin is crying out for help.

Have you tried any of the new Elemis range?
Do you prefer trying out skin care in sets like these or just buying individual products?
