Benefit Boi-ing Concealer 3g
£16.50
I purchased this Boi-ing concealer in shade 01 after trying it in the Confessions of a Concealaholic set. I'm not sure I'd have spent £16.50 on a concealer before but this is worth, almost, every penny.
"Say good-bye to circles and shadows around your eyes with Boi-ing. Our industrial strength concealer camouflages those pesky problems without creasing, smudging or wearing off."
Boi-ing is available in 5 different shades which makes it quite easy to find one to suit any skin-tone. Benefit increased the number of shades up from 3. Shades 01 and 02 stayed the same whilst altering shade 03 and extending. I chose shade 01 after trying shades 01 and 02 in my concealer set but if you want to choose the perfect one for your I suggest either swatching the concealers at a Benefit counter or getting help from the Benefit MUAs.
I use this concealer mainly for my under-eye circles but it does a great job covering even the red-est of blemishes. This concealer gives amazing coverage and has a nice texture for being a cream concealer as it's not too thick or cakey.
I apply Boi-ing with my fingers, using the heat of my fingers to soften and blend.
I recommend this to any one who worries about dark circles under their eyes, to anyone looking for a thick concealer and to anyone who struggles to cover up blemishes. This concealer really is industrial strength!
Have you tried Boi-ing, what did you think? What's your favourite high-end and 'drug store' concealers?
ive been using this the past couple days and not loving it! it has made me breakout on my chin where i covered some scarring :( im going to stop using it now!

Oh no :( must not agree with your skin, I hate when products are amazing for some people and not for others xo
DeleteI've run into the same problem! It works great for the under-eye circles, but when I use it to cover up any other redness or scarring on my face it makes me break out. I wasn't positive that Boi-ing was the culprit but after not using it for a few weeks and letting my face clear up then using it again I had the same problems. Unfortunately I'm going to have to find another concealer for my acne scars, but I'm going to keep using it for my dark circles - it works wonders after a crappy night's sleep!

ReplyDeleteNope, i find it blends really well, especially with the heat of your fingers xo
DeleteI love benefit packaging, everythingis so cute. I have a bit of a beef with buying at their counters as I'm yet to find ONE make up artist from benefit who is nice! Haha Maybe I just have bad luck! xx
ReplyDeleteI have to agree, I've encountered my fair share of makeup artists who needed some lessons in customer service, but persevere there's loads of nice ones out there ;) xo
